Salford Employment Hub recognition at 2025 ERSA Employability Awards
Salford Employment Hub has received recognition at the 2025 ERSA Employability Awards, highlighting its innovative partnerships and excellence in employer engagement. The annual awards celebrate outstanding achievements in helping people into work, showcasing best practice among employment support providers across the UK.
The was a finalist in three categories, including The Partnership and Collaboration Award, highlighting the Hub’s ability to unite local stakeholders including Salford City Council, The Growth Company, training providers, employers, and community organisations, The Employer Engagement Practitioner Award, where Employer and Partnership Co-ordinator Beverley Cole was a finalist for her exceptional work building strong employer relationships, and The Employer Partnership Award, for its successful Salford into Care programme, delivered in close collaboration with Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust (NCA) and The Growth Company.
Cllr Teresa Pepper, Lead Member for Skills, Work and Business Support at Salford City Council, said:
